In general, we package orders up to ship within 1-2 business day of the order arriving. We can make no promises, guarantees, or pinkey promises about when shipping services pick up our shipments, or how fast they will move the packages in their possession. We will do our best to keep you updated with any tracking information we receive, as we know few things are harder or more exciting then waiting on fluff mail!

Customers local to Cincinnati, Ohio are encouraged to come in and pick up their goods. If you would like to do so, please select "In Store Pickup" and come in during our posted business hours.
At this time we cannot ship some of our products internationally as various brands of diapers have policies about shipping internationally. We will ship our artisan goods to the US and Canada and international.
International customers are responsible for any custom fees etc that may be charged for their goods by their respective countries.
International customers can choose between UPS and USPS as their carriers. International customers who choose First Class International Shipping as their method of shipping their order, should understand that the US Post office does not issue a tracking number. If you wish tracking for your order, then please choose Priority Mail International. Once your package leaves the US, tracking information may not be updated by other countries.
